Veye Marketing (pronounced “Vy”) is guided by CEO and Digital Marketing Strategist Victor J. McCoy, whose career spans over 30 years of entrepreneurial leadership in business development and marketing. Victor has played a pivotal role in supporting the launch of more than 100 businesses—both for-profit and non-profit—across Virginia.

With a background that includes serving as a business plan development instructor for the Richmond, Virginia office of the U.S. Small Business Administration’s Veterans Department, Victor has had the privilege of advising countless small business owners on how to create practical, sustainable strategies for growth. He understands that sometimes the best advice is a thoughtful suggestion to reconsider an idea if it is not likely to be profitable or beneficial to the client.

Victor’s commitment to data-driven decision-making continued in his role as an associate business analyst for the Hampton Roads Small Business Development Center, where he provided clients with detailed market research and trend analysis to support their goals. He credits his expertise to invaluable mentorship from respected leaders, including former Senator Scott Rigell, Dennis Ackerman of Old Dominion University, and Professor Peter Shaw of Tidewater Community College.

Combining hands-on experience with a dedication to lifelong learning, Victor maintains a strong connection to education and community service. He has served as an adjunct professor at Central Virginia Community College and contributed his time to various non-profit and for-profit boards, always striving to help others succeed.

Victor is certified in eleven areas of digital marketing—including Google Analytics, Big Data Analytics, Social Media Marketing, SEO, Web Marketing Strategies, and Marketing Analytics—reflecting his commitment to staying at the forefront of the industry. His work has been recognized with commendations from the U.S. Small Business Administration’s Veterans Business Development Committee and the Department of Veteran Affairs.
