Code of Ethics

Our business code of ethics is based on the standard for good and acceptable moral and ethical behavior as revealed in the word of God. These standards not only honor Him but also honor those that we humbly call our clients.

We understand that the standard is a high standard built on the foundation of love for God and love for others. Many of our principles can be found in the bible, specifically, the book of proverbs and those same principles can be found in many college business ethics textbooks.

• We list those core behaviors we believe are the standard for how we will operate daily in the market place.
• We require the highest standards for honest and ethical conduct, including proper and ethical procedures for dealing with conflicts of interest between personal and professional relationships.
• We will operate with integrity in all areas of our business practice.
• We will provide fair and transparent pricing for our business services.
• Our agreements define the services we will provide according to what both parties agreed upon.
• We will not share, sell, or disclose any of our client’s personal or business information outside of what will be used for marketing and advertisement campaigns as authorized by the client.
• We will not use abusive, demeaning, or profane speech in any of our communications.
• We will be wise, prudent, diligent, and disciplined in our actions to perform the work we’re contracted to provide.
• We will provide full, fair, accurate, timely and understandable disclosure in reports and documents that Veye files with, or submits to, it’s clients, governmental and regulatory agencies, and in other public communications made by Veye Marketing.
• We will comply with applicable governmental laws, rules, and regulations set forth by the U.S department of commerce.
• Each of our employees will treat each client with respect.
• Each of our employees is trustworthy, fair, caring, and responsible.
• If a dispute arises between Veye Marketing and the client we will do our best to resolve the issue directly and legal council when be sought when necessary.
• All design work including domains purchased by the client are their property to do as they see fit. We do not own the rights to any of those assets. They are the sole property of the client.
